1983
Invited by ASSITEJ International to represent India.
   
1990
The Playhouse’s “Us and Them” presentation wins all awards at the International Children’s Festival held in France.
   
1993 Organised the first ever visit by Danish theatre www.batida.dk professionals.
   
1996 Only voluntary group to represent India at Brisbane in International Youth Festival.
   
1997 Awarded the prestigious AIEF Commonwealth Fellowship. Initiation of the ‘Living with the Tiger’ Project in Perth.
   
1999 Photo/Audio-visual Exhibition of The Playhouse's work. The only group to represent India at the ASSITEJ world Congress held in Tromso, Norway. Exhibition then travelled to Denmark and Japan.
   
2002
Nominated for the Honorary Presidents’ Award of ASSITEJ for excellence in the field of theatre and education.
   
2005 Headmaster, The Blue Mountains School, Ooty.
   
2008 Director, The Corbett Foundation.
